Since buying and selling homes is not our daily activity, my husband and I relied on Jodi and Tom to advise us.  They were able to tell us what needed to be done and when.  Whenever necessary, they made calls to push things along.  They even came to our house and helped us to understand what needed corrected to meet our inspection and worked with the contractor to complete the work.

We have already referred a coworker to Jodi and Tom, and will recommend them to anyone we know that is looking for a realtor.

He is dedicated to his buyers and above all, ethical. We know that if we decide to move in the future, Tom will be handling both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. Tom is absolutely the best realtor that we have ever met. We have recommended Tom to anyone and everyone considering purchasing a home.
