Bio : Thomas is a native of the Akron area. He attended local public and vocational (carpentry) schools. While in the USMC, Thomas fine tuned his excellent negotiation tactics. No buyer or seller will leave money on the table when Thomas is done negotating! you definintely want him in your corner.
As an investor, Thomas bought and sold his own properties developing an eye for the elusive “deal” and building a business around it. Having been involved in remodeling homes (hands on) his knowledge is invaluable.
